RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, memberships, digital products, or classes unless otherwise stated in writing.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a defective product, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed our error will be resolved at our expense.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & SERVICES
The following categories are non-refundable and not eligible for return:
Private Sessions (Intuitive Healing, Coaching,Hermetic Energy Reset Session, Readings, etc.): May be rescheduled with 48-hour notice. No refunds.
Courses & Classes (Including Hermetic Healer Certification): No refunds. Rescheduling may be possible with 48-hour notice and written approval.
Deposits for any events, sessions, or classes are non-refundable.
Event/Workshop Tickets: Non-refundable.
Downloadable/Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Guided Meditations, Audios, Online Classes): Non-refundable. Contact support if you experience technical issues.
Premium Memberships & Subscriptions: Non-refundable. Cancel anytime by emailing us with your login information.
If canceled during a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle, but no partial refundswill be given.
After cancellation, you will no longer be charged for future billing cycles.
Items bought at in-person events: Non-refundable.
Sale Items: Final sale only. No refunds or exchanges.
Size exchanges: Not offered due to print-on-demand manufacturing.
DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace or refund it after review. This applies only to manufacturer errors. We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it:
Check your bank or credit card statement.
Contact your card provider and/or bank—processing times may vary.
If it’s been more than 7 business days and you still haven't received your refund, contact us at natashanile@gmail.com.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Refunds are only eligible if products cannot be replaced or are out of stock. Also, listed below are products, goods and services that are exempt from our returns and refunds Policy. Make sure to email us with your receipt or proof of purchase, full name, telephone number, shipping address, photographs of misprinted/damaged/defective items, and submit a detailed statement of the issue you have with the product.
