RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, memberships, digital products, event tickets, workshops, consultations, or classes unless otherwise stated in writing.
We only replace physical items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be our error will be resolved at our expense.

Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS & SERVICES
The following products and services are non-refundable:
Consultations & Private Sessions
All consultation services and private sessions are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Courses, Classes & Workshops
All courses, classes, certifications, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable. Transfers or rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion with at least 48 hours' notice.Event Tickets & Retreats
Event Tickets & Retreats
Event, workshop, and retreat registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits
All deposits for services, events, retreats, workshops, or programs are non-refundable.
Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, journals, guided meditations, audio recordings, video content, downloadable resources, online courses, and other digital materials are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact support.
Premium Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership fees and subscription payments are non-refundable. Members may cancel at any time.
If a membership is canceled during an active billing cycle:
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No prorated or partial refunds will be issued.
Future recurring payments will cease after cancellation.
In-Person Purchases
Products purchased at live events, workshops, retreats, or speaking engagements are non-refundable.
Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Apparel & Print-on-Demand Products
Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, size exchanges are not offered. Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we may replace or refund the item after review. This policy applies only to manufacturing or fulfillment errors.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Buyer's remorse
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Normal wear and tear
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it:
Check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your credit card company or financial institution, as processing times may vary.
If more than seven (7) business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@natashanile.com.
