Simple ritual for the solstice

This practice can be done in the morning, midday, or evening. What matters most is your presence and your willingness to connect.

You will need
A candle (white, gold, or yellow)
A crystal such as clear quartz or citrine
A small piece of paper and a pen
A quiet space or altar

Steps

1. Set the space
   Light your candle and hold your crystal in one hand. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Breathe in for four counts, hold for four, and exhale for four. Repeat three times to center yourself.

2. Invoke the light
   Say aloud
   “On this sacred solstice, I align with the highest version of myself, I welcome growth, radiance, and divine timing.”
